Windows CE Developement

I have developed the application for taking inventory on Windows CE Device, using vb.net 2008 and SQL Compact 3.5.
it is working no any problem.

This device connect with wireless network. so i want to make change to the application that it should work with the SQL server 2008 directly.

is it possible?

How ?
